AGM-driven inventory automation — TOP PRIORITY. On install stage, AGM fires webhook to Modal worker, which writes BarCloud Stock Issue with turf type + dye lot, then pushes draw record back to AGM + SF. Exec memo delivered Apr 9 — significant scope. No canonical bill of materials exists at HG today — this build forces a canonical turf-type → materials map to exist for the first time. Must track turf type AND dye lot as first-class fields. BarCloud API is pull-only (no webhooks). First step: BOM schema + dye lot data model in AGM. Mirror FSM connector pattern for Modal worker. SF becomes reporting destination, not trigger source. Eliminates manual BarCloud entry currently owned by office staff.
